Proactiv ads suck!

I walked past a Proactiv Ad in the mall last night. It basically said: indecision to choose Proactiv causes acne. How dumb. Just as bad, is this one below, that says guys don't have girlfriends because they have acne. Is that true???! I'm going to start a poll - please vote on the right hand side of the blog. Thanks!

Proactiv sucks! I tried it and it didn't work. Not to mention benzol peroxide (its main ingredient) is really drying to the skin-it even ages your skin. I like to stick to more natural things like lemon juice. Now that really helps my acne!

I'm blog surfing, I don't usually leave comments when I do this. However while looking for something else last week, I read about someone who washed their face with honey. Probably honey that hasn't been pasteurized. You can google it, and see. Anyway, it looked like it helped her out. I suspect you just put it on, let it sit for a minute, and then wipe it off.

well thats insulting! I agree with you, that is ridiculous to think that guys with acne dont have girlfriends. Like they can help if they have acne or not. That's just one more thing the world is pushing, you have to look a certain way to fit in or be cool. Ridiculous.

Proactive did not work for my daughter. She has sensitive skin and it made her face red and did not help with acne. She started using the Citrus Clear organic products about two months ago, and her skin has gradually improved month over month. My husband uses Citrus Clear as well for his adult acne, and they both rave about Citrus Clear. After trying so many other acne products unsuccessfully including Proactiv + , it was relief to find something that actually works.
